Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Bygga långsiktiga och goda relationer med vår fabrik i Pinghu och våra kinesiska leverantörer.
Säkerställa och dokumentera teknisk kunskapsöverföring inom handskproduktion.
Översätta teknisk dokumentation från kinesiska till engelska.
Driva hållbarhetsfrågor i samarbete med våra affärspartners i Kina.
✅ Vi söker dig som har:
Flytande kunskaper i mandarin, kinesiska och engelska – både i tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet från textil produktion, gärna med inriktning mot handskar.
God förståelse för hållbarhetsfrågor inom produktion.
Relevant utbildning inom ekonomi och hållbarhet.
Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och bygga starka affärsrelationer.

We are now in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Technical Coordinator to strengthen relationships and technical expertise between our factory in Pinghu, China, and our Chinese suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
Build long-term, strong relationships with our factory in Pinghu and our Chinese suppliers.
Ensure and document technical knowledge transfer within glove production.
Translate technical documentation from Mandarin or Chinese to English.
Drive sustainability initiatives in collaboration with our business partners in China.
✅ We are looking for someone who:
Is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese and English, spoken and written.
Has experience in textile production, preferably with a focus on gloves.
Has a solid understanding of sustainability issues within manufacturing.
Holds relevant education in business and sustainability.
Is able to work independently and build strong business relationships.
