What you will do
Are you passionate about driving sustainability and making a global impact? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sustainability Manager who can lead and develop our sustainability agenda across our global business line.
You will lead and coordinate the Sustainability team who are responsible for their own functional areas within Environment, Social and Governance. In addition, you will coordinate sustainability efforts across our global operations.
This role is central to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our sustainable responsibility and create long-term value.
This is a temporary maternity cover position lasting until 31 January 2026 with an option for prolongation based in Landskrona Sweden. The position reports to the VP Business Process Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading, consolidating and coordinating all strategically important Sustainability initiatives to reach SWEP’s long-term Sustainability goals, in a timely and precise manner.
- Act as SWEP’s key contact regarding sustainability inquiries and cooperation with external and internal parties.
- Lead and coordinate the Sustainability team.
Your background
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with a proven track record of work experience within work related to sustainability. You have successfully driven projects in a networking, international environment and are fluent in English, spoken as well as in writing.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a communicative person enjoying creating your contact network and getting energy from finding solutions from networking. You can work effectively in a matrix organization with indirect leadership across regions and are driven by a results driven mindset. We also think you are self-driven and curious in new situations and that you take on tasks with a great sense of responsibility.
To us, the attitude towards learning and finding new solutions is more important than knowing everything. However, if you have a lot of experience, we can give you a challenge since there is a broad spectrum of assignments.
