Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts across multiple markets.
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational and strategic matters.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and collaborative business planning.
Analyze account performance (conversion rates, payment method usage, etc.) and recommend improvements.
Coordinate internal teams (Product, Risk, Support) to ensure merchants receive seamless service.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and present account insights and KPIs.
Monitor market and merchant trends to identify opportunities for innovation or product enhancement.
Handle contract renewals and support negotiation processes.
Qualifications and previous experience: Excellent sales, communication, presentation and relationship skills.
Comfortable working with data and KPIs to drive insights and decisions.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership.
Proven track record of driving account growth, improving retention, and exceeding commercial targets.
Solid understanding of payment flows, checkout optimization, and digital commerce.
Excellent sales, communication, presentation and relationship skills.
Great knowledge of payments and within e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent in communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
Excellent in Swedish and English.
