Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.
Your mission when joining the Solutions team at Einride will be to drive SaaS sales by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions address their challenges. This role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and customer relationship management.
You will
- Analyze customer systems and identify gaps for improvement.
- Craft proposals that translate technical concepts into business value.
- Conduct engaging product demos.
- Develop system integration strategies.
- Provide customer feedback to the Product team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations.
We expect you to:
Have a couple of years of experience in a similar role such as solutions consulting, product management, or product operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS company or startup. Experience from a TMS provider, hands-on TMS utilization, or from a 3PL is highly preferred.
Also, a proven experience working with customers to design and implement software solutions tailored to their needs. In addition we believe that you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Have a strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate the complexities of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and system architectures.
- Have a proven ability to approach client interactions with a sales-driven mindset, turning complex data and product features into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption.
