We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Partner Team Manager to lead and support our growing EMEA partner function. This is a unique opportunity to join Funnel at a critical time of growth, build out scalable processes, coach a talented team, and play a key role in shaping our global partner strategy.
As one of two global Partner Managers, you will be instrumental in guiding our team through a time of transformation—ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and sustainable revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.
What you will do
Lead, coach, and grow a team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Partner Success Associates (PSAs).
Guide the team to meet revenue, pipeline, and personal development goals.
Introduce and reinforce high-impact behaviors such as outbound initiatives, partner activation, account mapping, co-marketing, and strategic planning.
Participate in key partner meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Implement repeatable frameworks and processes that promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Establish and maintain a predictable operating rhythm (forecasting, pipeline, book reviews).
Shape the partner team’s strategy, evolve best practices, and improve how we drive value through partnerships.
Foster a collaborative and goal-driven team culture, aligned with other Funnel departments including Marketing, RDR, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, AEs, and SAMs.
Who you are
You are a goal-oriented, empathetic leader with a strong MarTech SaaS background. You know how to build relationships, drive accountability, and develop people. You thrive in scale-up environments, operate with kindness and candor, and bring both structure and energy to your work.
You also have:
2+ years of experience in a managerial role with a proven track record leading high-performing teams.
4+ years of experience in a Solution Partner Program within SaaS.
Experience working with legal and procurement functions.
Consistent overachievement of pipeline and revenue targets.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Experience from the MarTech industry, ideally at least 2 years, is a strong advantage.
What you’ll impact
Grow and evolve our partner value proposition in the EMEA region.
Scale and refine our Partner Success (PS) function.
Drive alignment between PAMs and the broader revenue org.
Co-create and improve internal playbooks and processes.
Share insights from the field to continually enhance the partner program.
