This is a re-established role with renewed strategic importance for the region, offering the chance to make a tangible impact from day one.
This role reports to the Regional Director System Sales, and is part of the regional Solution Design team. You’ll work closely with the Nordic New Business Systems organization, combining local operational support with regional collaboration and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Project Support
- Analyze customer data and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Calculate system performance and capacity needs
- Design layouts in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Visual Components)
- Attend customer meetings and support sales with technical expertise
- Evaluate 3rd party components and support risk assessments
Strategic & Cross-Nordic Collaboration
- Drive knowledge-sharing and local training initiatives
- Support development of internal tools
- Contribute to standardizing repeatable technical solutions
- Participate in regional meetings and solution design strategy
Profil
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution design, intralogistics, or technical sales
- Experience in Nordic or international sales/project organizations is a plus
Skills & Tools
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Visual Components (or similar 3D tools)
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is advantageous
- Fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken
- Understanding of other Nordic languages is a plus
