Could you be the full-time Site APSYS Leader in Västerås, Sweden we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in lean methodologies and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and goal-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and transformative change across the site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across various departments (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, quality), provide hands-on expertise in APSYS deployment, and facilitate strategic improvement initiatives to meet site objectives.
You’ll specifically take care of training teams on APSYS methodologies and coordinating improvement actions, but also contribute to global APSYS events and assessments.
We’ll look to you for:
- Driving site-level APSYS deployment in alignment with strategic objectives
- Training and coaching teams on APSYS tools and methodologies
- Facilitating and coordinating improvement actions to meet APSYS targets
- Consolidating and reporting deployment progress to the Managing Director and APSYS Central Team
- Preparing and conducting APSYS self-assessments and on-site assessments
- Participating in global APSYS network activities, including training programs and benchmarking

- Degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
- Experience in operational activities and deploying continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with cross-functional and multicultural team environments
- A Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in English, Swedish is a plus
