Required skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Strong self-drive, structured work style, and team collaboration
- Professional communication and demeanor
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in agile development teams
- Integration with external systems
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Custom application development on the platform
