Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Team Lead to join our Finance Transformation team within the Financial Services Advisory unit. This role is pivotal in developing our Finance Transformation team, as well as to drive transformative projects that enhance financial operations and strategic decision-making for our clients. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, delivering high-impact solutions that address the evolving needs of the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage finance transformation projects at banks, insurance companies and asset managers, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize financial processes and systems for current and new Financial Services clients.
- Represent the Finance Transformation team in the Financial Services Advisory leadership team.
- Collaborate with Financial Services cross-functional teams and other industry specific Finance Transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive business performance.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on finance transformation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and advisory services.
- Actively participate in expanding the team with graduates and experienced hires
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance transformation and management consulting, other financial services advisory experiences are meritorious.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing high-performance teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems, processes, and industry regulations.
- Experience from working with the largest Insurance and Banking institutions in Sweden
- Fluent in Swedish and English
