Senior Management Consultant/Manager, Engineering and R&D – SAP Product and PLM

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Consultant for our Engineering & R&D team in Stockholm or Gothenburg to strengthen our Intelligent Industry team.

WHO DO WE THINK YOU ARE?
We think you have 4+ years of experience in management consulting or as a project manager in consumer products, life sciences or manufacturing industries, driving complex transformation projects involving SAP and SAP PLM. Furthermore, we believe you have the following skills:
- In-depth understanding of product development and its core processes
- Understanding of SAP MM, MDG and PLM and relevant processes for assortment creation and management
- Analytical and structured approach to complex problem-solving, eagerness to learn, adapt to new situations, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in SAP transformation projects linking strategy, business needs, and IT
- Understanding of the SAP and PLM enterprise ecosystems/architecture (i.e. ERP, MES, EAM, IOT, and data platforms) and connection to Model-based definition, Model Based Systems Engineering, Digital continuity, Digital Thread, and Digital Twin
- Academic foundation of relevance, such as engineering or business
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as fluent English
- Swedish work permit is required
