Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong consulting experience to lead and contribute to advanced ML initiatives, particularly in the areas of generative AI and agentic systems. The ideal candidate will work on the full machine learning lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and MLOps integration, within a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML solutions with a focus on generative and agentic AI.
Apply advanced Python and LangChain skills to build intelligent, context-aware systems.
Lead or contribute to MLOps pipelines and best practices across multiple projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product owners, engineers, and business units to deliver impact-driven AI solutions.
Ensure the production readiness of models through robust testing, monitoring, and versioning.
Stay current with developments in the AI ecosystem, especially around AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering across multiple projects.
5+ years of Python development experience in production environments.
1+ year of hands-on experience with the LangChain framework.
3+ years of MLOps experience across at least 3 distinct projects.
1+ year of hands-on work in AI coding, ideally in the generative/LLM space.
2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, including requirements gathering and technical presentations.
A strong interest in working on generative AI and agentic systems.
Optional / Nice to Have:
Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling of ML workloads.
Experience building or integrating AI agents or autonomous decision-making systems.
Frontend development skills (e.g., React or Next.js) for building user interfaces on top of AI systems.

Start Date: 15 August 2025
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months of probationary employment
