We are now hiring a Senior Graphic Designer based at our Headquarters in Falun.
What you do
As Senior Graphic Designer you will be the creative lead within the design team, responsible for delivering high-quality visual materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers to translate strategic input into creative concepts and executions that resonate with our target audiences. You will also;
- Propose fresh creative ideas, formats, and approaches to elevate campaigns.
- Allocate work to other designers, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal resource use.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by the team.
- Produce sketches, mock-ups, storyboards, and final designs for both print, digital media as well as product packaging.
- Manage the design process from concept through to delivery, always meeting deadlines.
- Act as the central communication link between the design team and marketing managers.
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously raise the creative standard.

Your skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.
- Ability to translate strategic input into creative concepts and final designs.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or equivalent role.
- Experience coordinating design work within a team.
- Degree within a relevant area such as Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
