Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert on the Zilliant platform, including tools such as Zilliant Price IQ, Deal Manager, Sales IQ, Campaign Manager, and others.
- Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Pricing, Finance) to gather and translate requirements into functional configurations.
- Lead or support the implementation and integration of Zilliant within the enterprise ecosystem (e.g., ERP, CRM, CPQ platforms).
- Secure the systems for NCSP S/4 and ECC SAP Integrations.
- Ensure the the solutions meet the business and system requirements.
- Integrate and harmonize the data from NCSP S/4 and ECC SAP.
- Design, configuration and development are complaint to support both NCSP S/4 and ECC SAP.
- Define and validate pricing strategies, rules, segmentation, elasticity models, and approval workflows.
- Ensure best practices are followed for data management, testing, and rollout of pricing recommendations.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to calibrate and fine-tune pricing models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and support post-go-live adoption.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and internal support teams.
- Stay updated on Zilliant product releases and recommend upgrades or improvements.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Zilliant solutions in a business or consulting context.
- Strong understanding of pricing science, margin optimization, B2B pricing models, and revenue growth strategies.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4HANA), CRMs (Salesforce), and data integrations.
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions around segmentation, price elasticity, and quoting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to train and upskill internal teams on Zilliant functionality.
- Familiarity with change management principles in a pricing transformation context is a plus
