Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream iGaming projects for one of our most strategic clients. Based in Sweden, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and long-term partnership value. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in delivery roles, preferably within the iGaming industry, and possess deep knowledge of managing enterprise-level clients and intricate delivery landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for a high-value, high-complexity program of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and commercial objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters with the customer.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and TechOps to drive successful outcomes.
Create and manage delivery plans, ensuring tracking of milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
Manage client escalations, resolving delivery challenges with a solutions-focused, collaborative approach.
Ensure governance processes are followed, including reporting, change control, and steering committee participation.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively; escalate critical issues to leadership with well-structured context and recommendations.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
5-7+ years’ experience in delivery or project/program management roles within technology or software development environments.
Proven track record managing complex client engagements in high-pressure, high-value environments.
Deep experience in the iGaming sector, particularly with B2B casino platforms and/or operators (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple concurrent projects.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract delivery terms, scope, SLAs, and change control.
Experience with delivery tooling and practices such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, MS Project/ Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP , PRINCE2 , or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) are highly desirable.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Finnish language skills are a plus.
