Assignment description
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR processes and decision-making within our organization.
For our client we are looking for a SAP Test Manager.
Skills required:
- 7 years+ experienced resource from SAP Functional background
- Should have H&M business process knowledge
- Should have experience in working with agile environment
- Responsible for Test Plan, Test Strategy, Defect tracker, creation of dashboards, Test Report for any cross-delivery initiatives
- Test Executions coordination of all types of cross product test System Test, Integration Test, End to End Test, Roles & Authorization Test, Regression Test, Performance test
- Good at communication, stakeholder management, project management & coordination
- Work closely with product teams for the completion of test execution phase
Added Advantage if the person knows the following
- Functional & Technical knowledge on Retail core processes and associated solutions
- Ways of working with Qmetry, Jira, Miro
Location: Stockholm, working 4 days/week onsite at the office
