At Teamtailor, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. We’re looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Manager to help us empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you’ll be a key connector—aligning systems, processes, and data to unlock growth in key markets. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and our global RevOps team to turn big ideas into action, with a focus on performance insights, process improvements, and smart use of technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Support Sales and Customer Success leaders across the Americas as their go-to RevOps expert.
  • Turn Strategy into Action: Translate commercial strategies into clear, actionable plans and help lead planning cycles (think territory, quota, and forecasting).
  • Make an Impact: Streamline and optimize go-to-market processes, removing roadblocks and making every stage of the customer journey smoother
  • Share Insights: Create and share actionable dashboards and reports (using Salesforce, Looker, and more) to drive better decisions.
  • Champion Tools & Data: Encourage adoption of key GTM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Jiminny), maintain data quality, and ensure systems run smoothly.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with global operations and systems teams to roll out enhancements, automation, and new ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles—ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, but we welcome diverse backgrounds!
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other RevOps tools.
  • A knack for project management and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and globally connected environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background in another fast-growing global Saas company. It is helpful if you know what good looks like in our industry.
  • Experience in an international business setting.
  • Management consulting experience
  • Skills in SQL or other data querying tools.
