Replenishment Planner (Entry Level)
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an entry-level Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic Buying & Merchandising team and kickstart your career in retail planning!
As a Replenishment Planner, you’ll play a key role in sales forecasting, stock management, and ensuring our bestsellers are always available. Working closely with our product and supply chain teams, you’ll help secure the right products at the right time to drive growth and strengthen our online presence. You’ll gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to build your career in Buying & Merchandising.
You will start with us in Malmö, Sweden, where our team is currently based. In February, we’re moving into our brand-new headquarters in Denmark — an exciting step for our future growth — and your role will move with the team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure strong stock availability on NOOS and seasonal bestsellers
Forecast demand and manage re-orders to avoid stockouts
Monitor assortment changes and update the team accordingly
Collaborate with supply chain on logistics and replenishment flow
Support merchandisers with order confirmations and ad hoc tasks
Assist with weekly discount set-up, vendor approvals, and team coordination
YOUR PROFILE
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a structured and proactive approach, you enjoy problem-solving and are eager to learn. You’re both a reliable team player and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Comfortable with Excel and eager to build advanced skills. VLOOKUP & pivot tables are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Fluent in English (applications must be in English)
