In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Hold product and process ownership for the product functional delivery
Be responsible for setting the strategy of a product through market insight, including establishing a product that have sustainable customer value and enduring revenue and profit for the business
Be accountable for the end-to-end process of the product lifecycle, i.e. capturing business requirement, ensure functional requirements related to for instance, but not limited to, regulations, and IT solutions
Planning and managing the product roadmap, ensuring that all necessary business requirements are provided. This includes ownership for the agreed product ensuring that solutions delivered meet customer and business needs whilst adhering to legal, risk and compliance requirements of the bank.
Be responsible for potential collaboration with third parties to improve the product offering
What is needed in this role:
Deep product knowledge as product owner (minimum 5 years) within payments infrastructure landscape, payments products and product steering
Proven experience in leading team across units with strong ability to guide teams towards strategic goals
Fundamental knowledge of all aspects of payments including customer needs, rulebooks, compliance requirements, technology integration, and operational processes
Previous experience in working with developing ISO product offering, e.g. at a Nordic bank (meritorious but not required)
