Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine plant-based products with strong sensory and culinary performance
- Apply food science principles to ensure product quality, stability, texture, and taste
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food regulations and labelling requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, production, marketing, and sales
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing, and cost analysis

Document and follow up on all steps in the product development process
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in plant-based product development
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, emulsification, and food chemistry
- Experience with food safety regulations and quality assurance
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive

Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Experience with plant-based cooking and or nutritional products
