We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Portfolio & Program Manager able to enhance and drive a Portfolio of Cyber Security services and shape our security offerings across all possible scenarios, from tools, applications, and service delivery.
Start: 4th of August
Length: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Must be on-site in Stockholm minimum 3 days per week
This key role will work across our current Cyber Security organization, identify weaknesses, and build a comprehensive, structured and standardized security offering.
5+ years in Cyber Security related roles- Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity challenges and threats in multi-hosted cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of best practice principles across security disciplines.
- Proven ability to build trust and engagement with senior leaders through personal advocacy, vision, and collaborative work.
- Experience in successfully leading and embedding change, including processes and team culture.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g. ISO27K or NIST).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
- Have a proven track record of achieving results and business valued outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex security concepts into business language. They will have a proven track record in delivering cybersecurity change and transformation, with the ability to drive organizational agility, strategy, risk management, financial follow-up and resource allocation.
