We are looking for a skilled and creative Photographer / Campaign Retoucher to join our Commercial Production team full-time!
In this role, your main focus will be on high-end retouching for campaigns shoots, ensuring top-quality visual content that reflects the NA-KD brand. You will also support photography needs, both in studio and on location, when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality retouching of campaign imagery, maintaining consistency with the NA-KD visual identity
- Collaborate closely with Fashion Art Directors, Content Creators, and Photographers to ensure the creative vision is met
- Support on-set when needed for campaign or studio photography (location or in-house).
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain open communication with the manager throughout the day.
- Ensure final assets are delivered on time, optimized for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in high-end image retouching, ideally within fashion, editorial or beauty.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (experience in Lightroom and Capture One is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of photography and lighting setups, both in studio and on location.
- Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
- Great communication, both verbal and written.
