We are recruiting for a new position of Field PFA Product Manager to be dedicated to supporting our PFA technology, leading on the planning and execution of our PFA solution launch across UK, Ireland & Nordics and assisting the field team with operational marketing requirements to ensure the achievement of PFA portfolio goals.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver PFA product training and demonstration to drive product positioning and the value propositioning with the customers
- Collaborate with the Education team to build, manage and roll out tailored education curricula based on key messaging for Abbott PFA solutions
- Act as central Abbott PFA Solution contact and install coordinator across the region, overseeing full project lifecycle of all account launches
- Lead Abbott PFA Solution Limited and Full Market Release processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet deliverables
- Track regional Abbott PFA Solution account readiness and develop strategic plans to optimize timelines, resources and outcomes
- Ensure SOP compliance in planning, execution and evaluation of all launch activities and partner with EMEA marketing team to ensure aligned messaging
- Manage stakeholder communications and customer engagement touchpoints, create and lead customer engagement programs and events to drive brand loyalty and clinical engagement
- Lead brand strategy for Abbott PFA solution in the North region tailored to customer needs and country-specific compliance
- Develop and execute social media strategies including customer-led sharing and digital campaigns
- Analyze regional market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity in PFA and provide continuous market insights and data-driven recommendations
- Support forecasting, sales targeting, budget planning and marketing campaigns specific to Abbott’s PFA solution
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaborative success, ability to motivate field teams for high performance
What you’ll need:
- Degree educated
- Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing preferred but not essential, ideally alongside prior product management experience
- Experience of a customer-facing role dealing with HCP’s within the field of EP, expertise in device support and procedure workflows, ideally with some prior sale/commercial exposure
- Understanding of PFA market drivers and development of market environment
- Demonstrated success in education/training delivery and content creation with experience or a strong interest in digital marketing and social media
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and media management products
- Self-driven and results orientated
- Strong at data analysis and leveraging insights
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel (c.50% of the time), across the region, ideally living close to a major airport
