Scope of Work
- Handle national filing and validation of European patents in Sweden.
- Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide local representation and insight into PRV (Swedish Intellectual Property Office) and EPO procedures.
- Offer guidance on timelines, document preparation, and procedural updates specific to Swedish validations.
- Participate in rate discussions and ensure transparency in service model (hourly or task-based).
Selection Requirements
- Registered with the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV).
- Legally authorized to file and validate patents on behalf of clients in Sweden.
- Demonstrated experience in EP validations, PCT national phase entries, or equivalent filing processes.
- Firm must provide a company profile or brochure and a clear point of contact for coordination.
