YOUR MISSION
PUMA is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and will be working until the end of July with possible short extension in August. The working hours will be flexible but ideally between 13:00–17:00 Monday to Friday. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations at the office. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome visitors at the reception and create a friendly first impression.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, print labels, and ensure packages are received (DHL, PostNord, UPS, etc.).
Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
Refill coffee machines, restock the fridge, and occasionally order milk and basic office supplies.
YOUR TALENT
Proficiency in English or Swedish.
Previous experience in a service-oriented role is a plus
A positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
