MECHATRONICS EMBEDDED PROJECT LEAD TO ÖHLINS

As a Mechatronics embedded project lead you will strengthen the Öhlins Mechatronics department by joining the Application team that develops customer specific solutions of our semi-active suspension systems for the world’s leading motorcycle and car manufacturers.
As project lead at Öhlins you get to work closely to our customers and lead the complete process including requirements, design, implementation and verification of customer specific software.
At Öhlins you will be a part of a scrum team where you participate in planning your own and the team’s work according to an agile methodology.
This position is located at Öhlins HQ in Upplands Väsby, north of Stockholm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (AMONG OTHER THINGS)
- mechatronics project management, including
- developing project plans and timelines,
- managing project resources,
- tracking and documenting progress and communicating project status,
- identifying and managing project risks,
- facilitating team meetings and collaboration,
- ensuring proper project documentation,
- customer communication,
- requirement handling, using Siemens Polarion,
- configuration management with baselines,
- software release management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master of Science degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering,
- minimum 3 years of work experience in similar work,
- fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English,
- experience of structured requirements management.
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
- requirements management,
- configuration management,
- UDS/KWP vehicle diagnostics,
- ISO-21434 Cyber Security,
- automotive SPICE.
