Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects from the Marketplaces roadmap to optimize and grow the core business.
- Lead automation initiatives (e.g., third-party integrations, internal process automation, reporting, direct marketplace integrations) from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with product, technical support, and external teams to implement and enhance projects.
- Gather and use feedback to drive improvements in products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including leading contract negotiations and agreements.
- Analyze data to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Evaluate merchandise sales to identify sales opportunities and challenges
Your Past & Your Skills
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce roles focusing on third party integrations. Marketplace experience is a plus.
- Relevant academic background, ideally a degree in Business, Merchandising, Economics, or similar.
- Work experience from fashion related sales, within business development.
- Analytical mindset with strong data skills; comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in finding and implementing creative solutions to drive profitability and sales.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
