Due to the versatile and cross-disciplinary nature of a Marketing Artist, they need to work closely with other crafts and have great communication and collaboration skills.
A Marketing Artist at Embark needs previous experience within game development to have a good technical foundation to be able to set up productive art pipelines balanced with a great understanding of art, anatomy, nature, composition, lighting, color theory, materials and composition.
Example of responsibilities
Create marketing and communication assets
Create imagery for the game, such as store images, loading screens, promotional material in the game for events and new seasons, announcements etc.
Pushing the visual quality of existing render pipelines over time
Creating imagery for websites and award art
Work in-engine, with Perforce
We would love if you have
A creative and curious mind
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D rendering, UI art, or related fields
A keen artistic sense, with deep understanding of visual and technical fundamentals across both 2D and 3D media
Proficiency in Unreal Engine, Blender, Photoshop, and relevant rendering tools
Strong skills in collaboration and clear communication with other creative teams
Experience delivering assets that meet visual, and technical standards
Professional English communication skills.
