We are now looking for a Manager People Engagement who will be part of our Nordic People & Culture team
Role summary
Joining as the Manager People Engagement means assuming a critical position that involves delving into the experiences of our employees across different teams and functions in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Under the leadership of the Director People & Culture Nordics, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee engagement and internal communications strategy, aimed at enhancing employee engagement, driving cultural transformation, fostering a strong sense of belonging, and advocacy for the company.
Main accountabilities
- Anticipate business demands and organization needs to develop and implement solutions on employee engagement and culture change.
- Translate People & Culture strategies into sound and creative employee engagement plans in line with global strategy, while considering local specifics.
- Build end-to-end programs and tools that would support culture change in line with employee surveys and organizational strategies.
- Run employee listening activities, translate the results of the surveys to validated insights, facilitate end to end action planning cycle, ensuring that identified priority areas are being addressed, and progress is being measured.
- Define comprehensive internal communication plan, covering both business and different employee audiences needs as well as employee experience action points, and ensure alignment to global themes of Global Communications, DEI, and Global Employee Experience, and drive its execution.
- Create and drive all engagement content on internal communication channels and resources. Maintain local communications infrastructure and platforms, advise business on audience segmentation, channel strategy, and messaging for business communication needs.
- Plan and coordinate the local Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy to drive the global DEI agenda and deploy initiatives to create an inclusive, safe and empowering culture.
- Lead full audit cycles of external certifications (e.g. Equal Salary Certification).
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Communications, Public Relations, HR Management, Inclusion & Diversity Management
- 7 - 10 years of working experience in similar roles or other areas of HR linked to organization culture, transformation and HRBP.
- Strong project management, change management and storytelling skills
- Experience in deriving action from insights & translating these into engagement and communication formats
- Continuous improvement mindset, coupled with drive for results with collaborative spirit
- Experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to deliver message effectively across various formats
- Advanced communication skills both oral and written in English and Swedish
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Comfortable advising senior management team members
