Job Title: Logistics operator – Operations Supply Chain
Location: Stockholm - Kista, Sweden

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle order fulfillment, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Create and manage shipping documents and customs paperwork.
- Manage ERP transactions for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to meet tight deadlines and customer demands.
- Provide shipment updates and communicate directly with customers.

- Ability to adapt quickly to customer needs and logistics priorities.

- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics (import/export/domestic – including bookings, customs, Incoterms, HS codes).
- Proficient in working with ERP systems (Sage X3 experience is a plus).
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
