Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated junior Cloud Engineer to join our team in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. The ideal candidate will have a background in cloud technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As a junior Cloud Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- As part of a team, design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ work experience
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
