Role Purpose
As an Investor Service Officer at ROYC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our sophisticated investor base. You’ll ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support—managing accounts, coordinating transactions, liaising with external administrators, and partnering closely with both Sales and Technology teams to continuously enhance our platform.
Role Description
- Investor Onboarding & Support
- Guide new investors through account setup, KYC/AML checks, and documentation
- Respond promptly to inquiries on transactions, statements, and platform functionality
- Third-Party Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day interactions with fund administrators, depositories, and distribution partners
- Monitor service levels, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Sales to support investor pitches and proposal follow-up
- Work alongside Tech to surface user feedback, prioritize enhancements, and test new features
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Embed best practices in processing procedures, controls, and reporting
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement process improvements across the investment organization
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 2–5 years in private equity, venture capital, or fund administration—servicing HNWIs or institutional clients
- Domain Knowledge
- Solid grasp of investor due diligence requirements, fund structures, and private-market products
- Technical Savvy
- Proficiency with CRM tools, investor platforms, and Excel modelling
- Communication & Service Excellence
- Exceptional verbal and written skills in English (French fluency a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-touch, client-centric experiences

Preferred profile

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferably English and French
