för 19 timmar sedan

12 month fixed term contract / full time

  • Internal candidates applying on a secondment basis must have the approval of their line manager before applying.

Location: The successful candidate, preferably based in the European and Canada timezones, may be based in a country where one of the independent National/Regional Greenpeace organisations (NROs) is located. See the locations
here. [Please note that we are currently unable to host new staff in a number of NRO's at this present time, due to various restrictions. We are unable to support hosting in the US, in addition to some other NRO locations. The recruitment team may reach out to you to provide an update as necessary, depending on your location].

Internal GP network candidates from NROs (not current GPI staff) will be considered on a case by case basis as we cannot guarantee hosting capacity for GPI staff in every location where there is a GP office. We will aim to explore possibilities for qualified GP network candidates.

We offer competitive NGO level salary and benefits, the specifics of which depend on location where the successful candidates will be based. We aim to share this information with candidates before reaching the offer stage.

  • Facilitate internal accountability processes by preparing financial reports, writing funding agreements, and assisting in expenditure monitoring.

  • Lead the annual ledger check process, ensuring accurate data management and rigorous audit preparations.

  • Develop a forecasting dashboard and provide training to budget holders, enhancing budget management across teams.

  • Support the execution of legal and narrative documentation related to funding transfers.

  • Act as a business partner to NRO finance teams and the major gifts team, ensuring high-quality, timely applications and reports.
