Role Overview:
As HR & Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our partner. You’ll assist in building and growing the team, with a primary focus on recruiting and onboarding interns across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR and eager to gain experience in recruitment within a fast-paced startup.
Key Responsibilities:
· Internship Recruitment: Draft and post internship ads across platforms like LinkedIn and university job boards.
· Candidate Screening: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and manage the interview scheduling process.
· Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new interns, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the team.
· HR Support: Help maintain and improve HR processes, including employee engagement and feedback collection.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them.
· Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand, both internally and externally.
