The Role
- Providing general support and assistance EHS Team
- Carry out regular site visits and audits with live projects
- Completing permits for our various clients for scheduled works
- Compiling risk assessments and method statements for works
- Assisting with site administration and weekly updates of H&S data
- Carrying out stock takes of PPE
- Assist with the organisation and planning of Health and Safety Inductions
- Maintaining training matrix and advise management of training requirements
- Collecting and collating relevant information for inclusion in the Safety Management System
- Deliver toolbox talks
- Assist with organising of training
- Ad hoc tasks that may arise
Skills & Experience
- H&S experience not essential but is a bonus. Full training will be provided to fulfil your duties
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
