About the role
You are a business-oriented head of IT with a good grasp of the business.
You have a key role to drive strategic development of Tibnor’s digital plan and continuous optimization of the IT landscape. In your position you will report to CEO at Tibnor.
The IT organization works proactively to support the organization by developing our processes and system architecture. This enables us to free up time and add value when working with our ambitious strategical goals. Tibnor is in the forefront of using and driving development and explore opportunities in the SAP environment.
You are also responsible for Tibnor´s digital agenda with key activities such as setting the foundation for a Nordic ERP. One common platform gives us the possibility to design and implement new ways of working along with identifying competitive systems and processes. You work closely with stakeholders within the Tibnor division, external vendors and SSAB which requires interaction both internally and externally.
You have a competent and strong team with totally 14 Business and Process Developer, Business Analyst and Support, Process Owners and IT Service.
You help the CEO drive the digitalization agenda. In addition you lead strategy, projects and initiatives within your area of responsibility. To be successful you need to have an architectural approach and strategic hight, getting the bits and pieces together making the whole eco-system graspable, understandable and usable for the organisation. By understanding the structure, you are an enabler to support Tibnor in the market leading position.
You have a high proficiency in SAP with experiences from steering and implementation of complex based projects, integrations and e-commerce. The ability to credibly communicate both verbally and in writing to different stakeholders and in a board environment is natural for you. You´re hands-on, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Unpretentious, flexible and down to earth in combination with strong listening and relationship building skills characterises your personality.
Your main accountabilities will be:
Lead and develop the IT organization
Strategy execution
Steer the Digital agenda initiatives
Corporation with internal and external stakeholders
Lead the projects and project leaders
Budget and forecast
Follow and interpret the IT development in general to ensure our relevance
Your qualifications
SAP – strong background and knowledge
Fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage).
University degree relevant to the position, consultant manger, head of IT, Business Development
Minimum 10 years of qualified experience post-graduation, including relevant leadership experience
The job is permanent and full-time. According to the agreement, the work will start as soon as possible.
