Responsible for Greenely's growth across multiple channels
- Own strategic growth initiatives driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across multiple channels.
- Manage budget responsibility, ensuring allocation of resources for optimization and impact.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Analyze and leverage deep data insights to refine and optimize the customer journey through A/B testing and creative problem-solving.
- Collaborate with world-class engineers and commercial leaders to turn insights into scalable growth solutions.
- Ensure every strategy aligns with Greenely’s mission - advancing sustainability and transforming household energy consumption.

Your Profile
- Several years of experience in growth marketing or scaling high-impact business initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset, turning complex data into strategic actions.
- Leadership experience, managing teams and fostering innovation.
- Industry expertise in consumer-driven or digital-first sectors.
- Played a pivotal role (ideally as Head of Growth or similar) in scaling a B2C or SaaS growth journey.
- Education in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a big plus!
