Head of Brand & Campaign
About the Role
As Head of Creative, you will lead the development of our brand identity and marketing communication across all channels. You will be responsible for brand building, creative execution, content strategy, and campaigns—with a clear focus on driving commercial results and e-commerce.
This role requires a strategic, creative, and hands-on leader who can balance artistic excellence with commercial impact. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Creative and Campaign team, ensuring that all creative work leads to sales, strengthens customer engagement, and supports our growth strategy. You will also act as a bridge between management, controllers, performance marketing, and creative teams, ensuring alignment between brand ambitions, business goals, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development and Strategy
- Customer insight: Deepen our understanding of core customer segments and translate those insights into impactful storytelling, content, and campaigns. Define and evolve clear customer personas.
- Brand positioning: Clarify and strengthen our brand identity, tone of voice, and values to reflect who we are and what our customers value.
- Creative & Campaign Leadership
- Creative direction: Lead creative and content development that is bold, relevant, and conversion-oriented, ensuring high standards across all customer-facing materials.
- Campaign execution: Own the marketing calendar and lead campaign planning and execution to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Ensure campaigns resonate with our customers and support business priorities.
- Commercial impact: Anchor all creative activities in clear business goals, driving value creation and ensuring every initiative is measured against KPIs and sales impact.
- Team and process development
- Creative direction: Lead creative and content development that is bold, relevant, and conversion-oriented, ensuring high standards across all customer-facing materials.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Leadership
- Bridge function: Serve as a strategic link with management, business controllers, performance marketing, and creative team—ensuring that branding, content, and commercial priorities are integrated and aligned.
- Cross-team alignment: Collaborate closely with Assortment, CRM, CX, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and strong campaign execution across all channels.
- Data & performance: Establish and track key metrics and KPIs to measure creative effectiveness, customer engagement, and brand performance. Use data to optimize messaging and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bridge function: Serve as a strategic link with management, business controllers, performance marketing, and creative team—ensuring that branding, content, and commercial priorities are integrated and aligned.
About you
- Strategic and commercially-minded creative leader with a hands-on approach
- Proven experience building and leading a creative or brand function in e-commerce - preferably within a design-driven or lifestyle brand
- Strong track record in brand development, storytelling, and content marketing that delivers measurable results
- Excellent visual and verbal storytelling skills, with an instinct for what resonates with customers and drives action
- Natural team builder with experience managing creatives, marketers, and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to align creative output with business goals
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
