WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Head of Accounting & Consolidation your main contribution will be to ensure smooth, accurate and compliant accounting operations and reporting, supporting business development and accomplishment of business targets. You will report to Accounting & Compliance Director and you will play a vital role in:
- Supervise accounting operations including bookkeeping, monthly closings, financial reporting, and annual statutory/local accounts across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness by overseeing local and consolidated annual accounts and supporting both local and group financial audits.
- Drive accounting governance through drafting, implementing, and continuously improving accounting policies, processes, and digitization initiatives.
- Act as global business process owner, leading the global adoption of standardized accounting processes and practices.
- Lead key projects in accounting and finance, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with Controlling on planning and analysis, and with Sustainability on CSRD reporting, while developing and empowering the accounting team.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Solid accounting knowledge and background across different local GAAPs.
- Proven experience with IFRS application and compliance.
- Proven experience with consolidated accounts preparation and reporting.
- Proven experience with D365 ERP and AARO consolidation tool is a plus.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
