To support this mission, we’re looking for a Global Product Information Manager who will ensure that every product is supported by accurate, consistent data, helping to maintain quality and streamline product information across all distribution channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global Product Information Manager, you will be part of the global digital marketing team at Fjällräven, working in close collaboration with our design, purchasing, and e-commerce teams to strengthen and grow our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, governance, enrichment, and distribution of product data across all retail channels. Your work will be essential in ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and consistent- driving sales and delivering excellent customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the end-to-end creation, enrichment, and delivery of seasonal product data and assets in the PIM system, ensuring alignment with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the super admin for PIM (Inriver), Bynder (DAM), Partner Zone, and key stakeholder for the FJR data model.
- Own the accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product information and assets across all channels, coordinating with marketing, R&D, E-commerce, and external partners.
- Manage the production and delivery of product texts and translations for seasonal and DTC products, including briefing copywriters and overseeing SEO integration.
- Drive the project management of seasonal hangtags, labels, QR codes, and NFC initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Serve as the primary contact for E-commerce projects related to product data, visuals, and content workflows.
- Oversee and support the Product Information team.
- Ensure efficient workflows and technical troubleshooting across systems including PIM, DAM, B2B Commerce, and CMS platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve data quality, system integrations, and process efficiencies.

WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications:
- University degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, data strategy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a PIM system or similar role handling large volumes of data.
- Proven project management experience, including working with senior stakeholders across product, design, creative, and marketing teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience instructing and supporting PIM/DAM system users.
- Skilled at analysing processes and data to identify issues, trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with budget planning.
- Experience with Monday.com is preferable.
- Excellent English and Swedish skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the clothing industry and/or working with seasons is meritorious.
