About the Role
As a Junior Analyst in the Financial Sector team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior analysts in initiating and maintaining coverage of financial institutions and services companies
- Writing insightful, data-driven research reports
- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
- Monitoring sector news, macro trends and regulatory developments
- Building strong relationships with institutional investors, sales desks, and company management
You will join a top-ranked Equity Research team, widely recognized for its deep sector knowledge, consistent thought leadership, and high-quality client interactions. This is a highly analytical and externally-oriented role that will give you the opportunity to engage directly with top-tier investors and senior executives at leading financial institutions.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships, thesis work or full-time employment)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
- Interest in financial markets and especially the financial sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – with the ability to simplify complex topics
- High attention to detail and a self-driven, structured working style
- Fluency in English and Swedish
