Here at Tesla, our mission is to accelerate the world to sustainable energy. As an EHS Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence change by developing programs and improving our internal processes. More specifically, you’ll support operations of the service, sales and delivery team for Northern Europe with EHS-related activities. You’ll play a key part in supporting the team to further establish EHS as a reliable team in this region. As such, you’ll help drive programs that improve safety and efficiency with our contractors, learn about existing and emerging markets, and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for EHS programs, including LOTO, Hazard Communication, Emergency Response, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Ergonomics, and Risk Assessment
- Research, compile, and communicate regulatory requirements as they relate to EHS
- Explore and utilize AI solutions to EHS initiatives, including summarizing EHS frameworks and identifying trends in incident cases
- Participate in process and product design discussions
- Perform safety inspections and environmental audits in the field
- Advocate for EHS, driving a strong and committed safety culture throughout the organization
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Environment, Health & Safety, Engineering Environmental Engineering, or related field
- A full & clean EU Driving License (you’ll be required to travel for site visits)
- Level C1 in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new processes & systems
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and business partners
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a passion for problem-solving and executing tasks efficiently
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
