Director Enterprise Transformation to DeLaval
Job Overview
The objective of the role is to lead and develop the Enterprise Transformation team within Global IT. As the Director of Enterprise Transformation, you will play a key role in the ongoing global transformation program, “Program One”, for DeLaval. You are reporting to CIO/Vice President Information Technology and have a dotted line to Program Lead/Vice President Business Transformation.
You will own the Application Landscape with the objective of maintaining and enabling
continuous improvement of the application and system landscape striving towards the long-term vision of sustainable, cost-efficient, and robust business process support.
The team consists of roles such as SAP Functional Leads, SAP Architect, Test & Release Manager, Integration Lead, Development Lead, Method and Tools Lead.
The Enterprise Transformation team is central for the success of “Program One”. The team is working in close collaboration with the business representatives called e2e-leads.
Key Responsibilities
- DeLaval Project Manager for the Template Build project within Program One.
- Representing Group IT in the Program One Management Team:
- Contribution in areas like e.g. method and tools, IT processes (e.g. requirement to deploy, testing, SAP implementation approach).
- Ensuring resource allocation to Program One.
- Member of the Global IT Management team.
- Leading and developing the Enterprise Transformation Team.
- Getting “the best” out of the team based on existing team competence.
- Responsible for budget including personnel, consultants, system landscape, and development.
- Business plan for the department including roadmap for competency and capability development.

Competencies & experiences
- 2 years or more of leading an IT function
- ERP-projects, ERP- Programs/Roll Out Globally
- ERP Project Management
- License handling for ERP
- Experience from work with digitalization of business processes, application
specialism or digitalization initiatives.
- Understanding of rationale behind customization of standard applications.
- Ability to adapt solution design by navigating the company strategy.
- Experience from leadership, like from roles within team leadership, process
consultancy or project management.
- Experience in managing staff at remote locations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience from global organisations yet entrepreneurial
- SAP-competence & experience is preferred
- Fluent in English, additional languages is an advantage
