Digital Native Account Executive, Google Cloud (Swedish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
  • Experience selling to, and supporting, startups or digital native companies.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience promoting cloud and enterprise software solutions in the public sector.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and partner collaborations.
  • Experience in business and legal negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage executives and drive technical initiatives (e.g., migrations, business cases).
  • Ability to grow accounts and acquire new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with enterprise customers to influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Add value as a trusted advisor.
  • Become an expert on the customers' business, including their SaaS product portfolio, technology strategy, growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering and engaged landscape.
  • Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, to improve business impact within enterprise customers.
  • Manage business cycles, presenting to executives and negotiating terms.
  • Drive business development, own operational excellence, forecast, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
