Delivery Manager
Location: Solna
About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and manage our customers on AbaSec and TCM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer deliveries and driving continuous improvement in our services. You will play a key role in identifying and meeting customer needs, developing strong relationships, and leading initiatives to elevate our service delivery to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Conduct regular, proactive meetings to drive collaboration and ensure structured follow-up.
- Delivery Management: Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, customer integration, and customer delivery. Ensure alignment with customer requirements and provide regular progress updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and initiate new initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Review and approve changes according to the Change-process.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate deliveries across multiple engineering teams, both local and global, ensuring high-quality, timely, and client-satisfactory outcomes.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage financials, schedule, and scope to ensure the delivery stays on track. Responsible for budget and profit/loss for the delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with Customer Support and Product teams to promptly address and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements to boost client satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure Customer Contract Fulfillment:Ensure that all customer contracts are fulfilled to the highest standards.
- Establish Customer Plan Aligned with EFS SE Strategy: Develop and implement customer plans that align with the EFS SE strategy.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction:Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Accelerate Add-On and Farming Sales:Drive additional sales and farming opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Simplify and Focus Governance Process: Streamline governance processes to ensure efficiency and focus.
- Improve Commercials of Customer Contracts: Enhance the commercial aspects of customer contracts to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Service Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, or IT Sales.
- Strong communication skills and experience in handling customer dialogues.
- Experience in connecting business needs with IT solutions.
- Proven ability to drive change and improve processes.
- Work experience in IT management.
- Fluent in Swedish; proficiency in English.
- Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Previous experience with Financial sector deliveries is beneficial.
- Technical background in IT is advantageous.
