These part-time (50%) roles are split between two daytime shifts; one person will cover the morning shift, and the other the afternoon shift. We’re looking for individuals who are interested in a long-term collaboration and who have another ongoing commitment, such as work, studies or personal projects, that they’d like to combine with this role.
What you will do:
First line support for our members in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
Advise members on our different membership options
Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses
Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
Support the team with various administrative tasks

Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others
Problem solver
Comfortable doing basic calculations
Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) – bonus if you speak two.
