In early 2023, we announced a similar partnership with Accountor Group in Finland. Since then, additional integrations have gone live — including Kleer and Wint. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role
Mynt is currently looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. You will have a central role in expanding Mynt and work closely with our business partners and operational teams in order to expand Mynt on the Finnish market.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, interact with our customers, and deliver top-notch service. You will work with different projects for the Finnish market where you will research and conduct market analysis to support decision making. You will be a part of the Customer Success team located in Stockholm and have a central role of the team to understand our product and offering. Alongside this you will have different projects to support the launch in Finland.
This is a full-time position and you will report to the Head of Customer Success, Mathilda. The role will be located at our office in Stockholm.
What you’ll be up to:
- Customer Success. Help onboard our new customers via demos and help them get the most out of our services
- Customer/technical support. Help customer via chat, e-mail and phone with various questions regarding the product
- Partnership management. Function as contact person with our partners
- Product. Adapt our product into a new market and language. Collect and analyse customer data
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Passion for customer care and customer service
- Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
- Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English
- Bonus points if you have a technical background or experience in IT support, as you may also handle occasional technical inquiries
