Customer Service Agents to Edenred!
Do you want to create positive experiences for our users while developing your social and administrative skills?
We are currently seeking new Customer Service Agents for our customer service team. We believe you enjoy administration, have experience communicating over the phone, and possess strong service orientation. You are driven person who can provide top-notch customer service. In addition, you will be able to develop into a valuable resource for our users who need quick and efficient assistance regarding their receipts, recharge transactions, and more.
In the role of Customer Service Agent, the primary focus is on delivering the best service to users of our products, including our lunch and wellness cards, as well as our gift cards. You will handle incoming calls and emails from customers daily, assisting them with various tasks. It is essential that you are motivated by providing excellent personal service and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
We hope you have experience in any form of customer service or administration, and/or previous experience in the service sector, although this is not a requirement.

These positions are temporary full-time contracts (37.5 hours/week) starting immediately and lasting until March 31, 2025. The job begins with an introduction that will provide you with good knowledge about us and our products.
