We are looking for an experienced CRM Optimization & KPI Manager Salesforce for the Process, Information & CRM team at Telia B2B Sweden. You will be a part of our journey of becoming a new generation telecom operator, creating new ways of working to deliver value to our customers.

My name is Charlotte and I lead this team within B2B. The team consists of CRM Business process Managers, Business Architects, CRM Business Managers and Customer Information Managers.

We have the Business process ownership to lead the way to increased efficiency and standardization. We have a big focus on Customer and Coworker experience to ensure and enable business impact while at the same time securing business growth through efficiency.

You will be responsible for supporting our CRM business managers and architects gathering new business requirements and see the process through all the way from KPI setting to performance/testing and training for our Salesforce cloud solutions and will be a key person in assuring quality and measurable business goals/KPIs in what we deliver and launch for our customers and business stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure alignment across business architects for cohesive end-to-end business flows.
  • Define and track KPIs, including CRM adoption rates, to measure impact and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and coordinate across the organization to implement CRM initiatives.
  • Align ways of working with evolving Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and business needs.
  • Support efficient customer journeys and ensure high-quality CRM solution delivery.

Is this you?

You have a passion for assuring progress, outcomes and quality in our value streams.
You have a good commercial understanding of how to work with Salesforce to secure performance and business impact. We believe you have a strong customer and coworker experience focus and a results-oriented mindset.

Your Experience and competence:

  • Strong commercial and measuring progress experience – implementing KPI framework – end to end
  • Strong Salesforce background.
  • Positive adaptive self-leadership, collaboration, change management, and proactive mindset
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial business benefit analysis
  • Management consulting background is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of IT development methodologies
  • Educating/teaching experience is a plus
  • Education within business or IT or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
