Creative Content Manager

We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive our creative storytelling! As our Creative Content Manager you’ll lead our creative team, shaping the artistic direction and strategy behind our content. Reports to: Head of Commercial Production

Job Overview

The Creative Content Manager is a leadership role at the heart of NA-KD’s creative and marketing organization. This position combines artistic direction, creative strategy, and hands-on team leadership to ensure all creative output aligns with our brand identity, engages our audience, and drives business goals. You will oversee a team of six creatives, setting the tone for concept development, campaign execution, and content excellence, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership for the creative direction of our marketing initiatives, ensuring their successful execution, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams including; communications, brand, studio, and social among other departments to foster a unified approach.
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional creative concepts and high-quality content, supporting their growth and development.
  • Conceptualize and execute 360 campaigns together with the team
  • Supervise and provide valuable insights on creative plans, covering aspects such as styling, mood boards, and final assets. Ensuring that all content produced creatively resonates with our brand and company objectives.
  • Drive creative initiatives forward, including the updating of seasonal guidelines, templates, and creative toolkits, to ensure consistency and scalability across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the online fashion industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its dynamics and trends.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience, effectively guiding teams and projects to successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to proactively approach work, think innovatively, and take initiative.
  • Showcasing a history of encouraging new and creative ideas, as well as leading improvements in our creative approaches.
