We are looking for an Innovation Managers who can take ownership over innovation platforms, develop concepts and take ideas towards commercialization in collaboration with marketing and other functions and take the lead on bringing our innovation agenda to the next level.
A collaborative change-maker!
As Innovation Manager you will be support in and driving innovation projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the business. You will be exploring, designing and testing future Arla business opportunities, analyzing trends and data, planning and facilitating ideations and hackathons and developing concepts. You will also verify business potential and make sure that relevant ideas are being brought to gate and hand over to relevant stake holders in the organization. These could range from product ideas and new digital services to entirely new business models - with strong consumer insights or sustainable change as the catalyst. The responsibility stretches from facilitating cross-category workshops to execution of the innovation pipeline.
- Identify emerging consumer needs and market opportunities through research and analysis, listening to consumers and identifying relevant trends, prototyping ideas
- Be part of defining the innovation roadmap and prioritize projects based on potential impact and feasibility
- Lead the ideation process for new product concepts
- Asses business potential and collaborate with internal and external stake holders
- Take leadership over an innovation platforms, creating pipe lines, initiatives and create relevant partnerships
- Work with relevant agencies in the different phases of the innovation process
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and other relevant departments to bring new products and solutions to gate decisions
- Oversee multiple innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and progress
- Follow up on the innovation plans
You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Innovation.
Your profile
You have approximately 5-7 years of experience within Innovation & Concept Management or in a Marketing role. An open mind, a passion for change and contagious enthusiasm will be very helpful in this role, where a collaborative approach will be necessary. The colleague we are looking for finds solutions where others see obstacles. We expect you to be open and creative with a strategic mind, plan and follow through on the commitments made. You’re an innovative individual who enjoys exploring and experimenting with AI.

- Marketing or food science education
- Previous innovation or brand design, business development experiences are valuable, as well as experience from concept and new product development processes.
